CONCEPT: Anglothai is the perfect setting to showcase the creatives shaping the future of contemporary Thai design, while still embracing the warmth and familiarity of a well-loved home
I began by cladding the walls in a traditional Thai wood design, creating a simple yet elegant foundation. I collaborated with Moonler, a Chiang Mai-based furniture company specializing in chamchurri wood—a native Thai hardwood crafted into modern silhouettes. Some of the tables were custom designs, created exclusively for Anglothai. For the artwork, I showcased a diverse mix of materials, incorporating copper, ceramics, and wood from contmeporary Thai artists.
